How do I book an appointment?
All bookings are made online through Fresha. A deposit is required to secure your spot.
What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?
You can reschedule yourself via your confirmation email/SMS up to 48 hours before your visit, your deposit moves with you.
Within 48 hours, changes are not possible.
You can attend as booked or cancel and forfeit the deposit as that time cannot be re-filled.
How long are appointments?
First-time guests: 2–3 hours
Returning guests: 1.5–2 hours
Why do I need to pay a deposit?
Your appointment time, preparation and product setup are all organised around you — the
deposit protects that time and ensures fairness for all guests.
What happens if I don’t show up?
No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service .
