    1. Appointment Bookings

    By booking an appointment with Silc Curly Hair, you agree to our booking policies. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments as necessary.

    2. Cancellations & No-Shows

    Cancel for free up to 72 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged a A$ 300 late cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a A$ 300 no-show fee.

    3. Service Guarantee

    We strive to provide the highest quality curl care. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns.

    4. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are expected to arrive on time and follow any pre-appointment instructions provided (such as arriving with detangled, dry hair for specific cut services).
